Commissioning of grinding/ sanding machines

We take over the removal of the transport lock, align the machine at its new location and prepare it technically for startup. - Training of the operating and maintenance crew
We instruct your employees comprehensively in the operation and maintenance of the machine and carry out test grinding / sanding with them.
- Commissioning and start of regular operation
Together with your employees, we set the necessary process parameters for an excellent grinding/ sanding result and configure the necessary grinding/ sanding programs on the machine. - Follow-up check
A few weeks after initial commissioning, we will be happy to come back to you for a check-up and follow-up training to answer any outstanding questions and to check the grinding/ sanding quality.
